Returns

Peppelini offers a simple and hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We also require a proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@peppelini.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include any accessories or free gifts that came with the item.
  4. Affix the shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping carrier.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus the cost of return shipping.
